Our company has been engaged in wood processing and the trade of wood products for more than 25 years.
In the 1990s, our main activity was logging, log trade, and the production of unedged lumber.
Nowadays, in line with market needs, wood processing and processing has become the focus.

according to the customer’s needs, from simple barked columns to longitudinally spliced layer-glued products.

We have a lot of data and experience at our disposal about how durable the covering and furniture made of acacia is. But let’s look at the specific numbers!
Based on Hungarian and foreign experience, the practical durability of acacia wood can be estimated as follows:
Acacia wood can be pickled with both water-based and synthetic pickles, so practically
any color combination is available with it. For outdoor use, it has a low dry matter content
we recommend wood oils.
The natural protective compounds present in the acacia tree are so strong that it is not only rotting they prevent the spread of fungi and insects, but they also destroy traditional screws and clips within a short time. Therefore, our company only recommends the use of acid-resistant and stainless fixing elements, the durability of which even exceeds the extremely long service life of acacia wood.
Yes, in the case of artificially dried layer-glued longitudinally spliced products, we do not have to account for possible cracks and deformations. Because by cutting through the fibers of the wood, longitudinally and transversely gluing the planed elements with a short and small cross-section, we produce a stress-free, shape-retaining acacia board and column while retaining the original resistant properties of the acacia.
Unfortunately, the change in humidity over the years has unpleasant consequences can walk, it not only changes its dimensions, but also its shape. Shape changes that occur during changes in moisture are called warping. Warps are often cracks accompanied by shrinkage stresses in the wood.
